Two processes for the treatment of the internal layers make it possible to improve adherence of the resin on copper. Process MCT or acid oxidation, a revolutionary process allowing an unequalled adherence of the resin on copper. But also traditional black oxide in one or two components.


 
Acid oxidation the MCT
MCT: This treatment of the internal layers eliminates any delamination and removes the risk of Pink ring.
It is used in horizontal and vertical process.
-fast process
-economic process : not oxide reducer, easy to treat in station
-reliable process : better resistance handling , very good adherence (not of pink ring)


Black oxide 1 or 2 stage
NTS 710, with only one component


NTS 700 A and B, with two components, makes it possible to realize, by a proportioning during its assembly, a bath able to produce oxide coatings between the black to brown, according to the proportions of the two components in the bath and the temperatures of work.
