N T S offers several products adapted to scouring, or stripping, of the printed circuits during fabrication process

Sn and  SnPb Strippers
NTS strippers are single stage spayable tin or tin/lead Stripper.

NTS strippers are designed to completely remove electroplated tin lead or chemical tin from copper surfaces. Trey are generally used in a spray machine during manufacturing process of printed circuits boards.

NTS strippers leave a bright copper surface. Furthermore, they have antitarnish properties that protect the copper surface from oxidation.

NTS strippers have a COD less than 10 g/l what reduce the price of the treatment.

NTS strippers have a metal capacity of 200g/l, and they will be regenerated in automatic

Dry film Strippers
NTS proposes a range of dry film strippers  formulated to answer at the same time the stripping of any type of alkaline dry film, even most difficult, in particular those used for nickel/gold electroplated.

NTS Dry film Strippers allow the user to control the particles sizes by concentration and temperature adjustment.

NTS Dry film Strippers are very concentrated and are to be used at a low concentration. They are free from solvents. After rinse, exposed copper surfaces are free from oxidation. They don't attack Sn/Pb , Sn or exposed copper surfaces.

NTS Dry film Strippers are excellent in stripping fine line and micro fine line PCB’s even with overplating.

Regeneration is made following simple analysis or based on treated surfaces.

Photo-imageable Stripper
NTS 450 PHI removes the photo-imageable ink after complete baking, no matter if the process is infra red or UV curing.

NTS 450 PHI doesn’t attack the Sn/Pb coating nor the glass epoxy.

NTS 450 PHI consists of solvents with a high boiling point who gives a important safety margin.
